교환 | 반품 및 환불

- 교환/반품 신청은 배송완료 후 7일 이내 가능합니다. 

- 단순 변심에 의한 반품의 경우 왕복 배송비를 차감한 금액이 환불되며 제품 및 포장 상태가 재판매 가능하여야 합니다. 

- 상품이 불량인 경우 배송비를 포함한 전액이 환불됩니다. 

- 핸드 메이드 특성상 제작과정에서 생긴 사소한 스크래치 및 하자는 불량 반품 처리 되지않습니다. 

- 출고 이후 환불요청 시 상품 회수 후 처리 가능합니다. 

- 고객의 실수로 파손된 제품은 무상 A/S가 불가합니다. 

- 상품페이지에 교환/환불/AS에 대한 브랜드 개별 기준이 있는 경우에는 해당 내용이 우선 적용 됩니다.

EXCHANGES | RETURNS & REFUNDS

- Exchange or return requests should be made within 7 days of delivery. 

- Any return should be unused and in resalable condition including the original package. 

- In the event that the return is not due to any product defects, round-trip shipping costs shall be deducted from the refund amount. 

- If an item is defective - in terms that do not describe a hand-made product with natural deviations from flawlessness - then you will receive a full refund including shipping costs. 

- Due to the hand-made nature of our products, minor scratches and defects caused during the hand manufacturing (thus intentional) process are not eligible for returns. 

- If you request a refund after shipping, then it can be processed after collecting the product. 

- A/S (after-care service) is not free for items damaged by the customer. 

- Any brand-specific requirements for exchange/refund and A/S must be met as disclosed on the product page.
